Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

At Jernigan Nutraceuticals, we are committed to supporting your wellness journey. If a product isn't the right fit for you, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Timing: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Prior Authorization is Required: You must complete our Returns/Replacement Form before shipping any items back.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, with the seals fully intact.
- Packaging: Items must be shipped with protective packaging so that it arrives in shelf-ready condition.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return or exchange products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee carrying services won’t make shipping errors with your returned package.
-Reimbursement: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a discount code/Store Credit for the value of the product.
-This credit never expires and can be applied to any future order or used to try a different formula that may better suit your needs.

2. REFUNDS: STORE CREDIT
To ensure you can continue your health protocol without interruption, all approved refunds are issued as Store Credit for the amount of the product cost.
Details:
-Original shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
-This credit never expires and can be applied to any future order or used to try a different formula that may better suit your needs.
-To receive a store credit refund, a Refund Request Form must be completed
3. RARE CASE MONETARY REFUNDS
We understand that unique circumstances may arise. In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved by our management team:
- Refund Method: All monetary refunds are issued via physical company check (we don’t offer refunds back to credit cards or third-party payment gateways).
- Processing Time: Please allow 14–21 business days for the processing, verification, and mailing of your refund check.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER ERRORS
If you received a product that was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us through the Returns/Replacement Form within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you immediately.
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product are required.
After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email from our support team. Please reply to that email with the photos attached.
- In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Jernigan Nutraceuticals will cover the costs of shipping a replacement bottle to you.
- Sale Periods: To ensure our small team can fulfill orders quickly, returns received during major sitewide sales will be processed at the conclusion of the sale event.
